Monday - Wednesday, Feb. 4 - 7, 2013
Purpose:
International Focus Week is a time set aside to give the OCC student body a deeper understanding of the Great Commission's global aspect. God desires all people of all nations to have a loving relationship with His son, Jesus Christ. Special speakers will bring messages focused on the theme for the week and workshops will be available covering various topics and themes in global missions. All activities for the week are open to the public.

This year's event features Wallace and Mary Kamau, directors of Missions of Hope International, from Nairobi, Kenya. The Kamaus also have a special partnership with Christian Missionary Fellowship International in a truly ground-breaking ministry.
Tentative Schedule:
Monday, February 4th
- 2 - 5 pm -- T-Shirt making event for students in the Missions Building
- 7 pm -- Movie Night: "Beyond the Gates" (in L13)
Tuesday, February 5th
Wednesday, February 6th
- 8 am -- Session 3: "Ministry Among the Urban Poor" (Chapel)*
- 9 am -- Session 4: "Holistic Ministry" (Chapel)*
- 12:30 pm -- Luncheon: "The Calling" (Dining Hall Banquet Rooms)*
- 1 - 4 pm -- Prayer Open House for Africa (Chapel main floor)
Thursday, February 7th
- 10 am -- Life Groups
- 1 - 4 pm -- Prayer Open House for Africa (Chapel)
- 10 pm -- All Campus Devo with Wade Landers (Chapel)
