Info you need to know about OCC Teen Events
What does the event cost and what do I get for my registration?
The total registration cost is $35 per person. However, registrations received by the "Early Bird" date will receive a $10 discount. The total cost will also be altered depending on people being housed off campus and/or people staying on campus an extra night. A registration package includes: Souvenir, Housing (for the first 600 pre-registered), Meal Pass and admission to Main Sessions and all activities.
What about Housing?
On-campus housing is included for the first 600 Pre-registrations (limit due to safety/fire codes). Please bring a sleeping bag/floor bedding & pillow. There is a $5/person event registration discount if you do not stay on campus. See a list of local accomodations or call us at 417.626.1234, Ext 2034. NOTE: While families are a high priority to OCC, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of eleven in the dorms.
What if I don't register?
For safety and security reasons, only registered Event Attendees will be admitted into event activities and meals.
Do youth ministers, parents & sponsors register?
Yes. Your event registration fee covers items listed above. To maximize your group's experience, we request 1 adult male sponsor for every 6 guys and 1 adult female sponsor for every 6 girls. For your security and safety, sponsors are expected to be with their group at all appropriate times.
What about medical needs?
For the safety of students, we require that each student submit the necessary health information and signed Emergency Medical Treatment Form. Print an emergency medical treatment form if you need one. Once the forms are filled out they must be signed by the parents and then turned in at registration.
