NT 346 - General Epistles

Hours: 3

An exegetical study of James, 1 & 2 Peter, 1-3 John, and Jude.  Students will learn the themes of these epistles, including: reliance upon divine wisdom, the necessity of following Christ in times of suffering, the joy of fellowship with God, and the dangers of false teaching in the church.  The course will consist of exposition of the text through lecture, class discussion regarding application of the text, and research.
