Worship pastor
This is a
Part-Time position with
Community Life Church in Shawnee,
Kansas.
Duration: Postion is also possibly full-time.
Job Requirements:Has a growing, vibrant relationship with Christ. Loves the church and its people. Buys into the mission, vision and values of Community Life Church. Has a heart to pastor and disciple people spiritually. Competent in leading a dynamic worship experience. Recruit and develop worship singers and instrumentalist(s). Can lead our technical ministries: sound, media, lights. Can lead our media ministry by producing or overseeing the production of high quality videos of testimonies, baptisms, special events, promotional materials, movie clips etc. Collaborate with the teaching team in integrating selected music and special music to enhance the worship experience. Participate in, possibly lead, the Creative Team in putting together impactful worship experiences. Meet regularly as a Pastoral Team member for prayer, discipleship, and planning of overall church life.
