Bible Bowl Scholarship

Information for the 2007-2008 School Year

OCC will award scholarships to all those on Senior High teams who place in the top three positions in any major tournament in any location (not just at our Summerfest Tournament). Scholarships will also be awarded to those individuals who score in the first three places on the Top Brain Test at any major tournament anywhere.

These same scholarship awards are available for those teams and individuals who place in the top three positions for the year in their own regional conference.

In order for you to be eligible for these scholarships, you will need to supply the Admissions office with official documentation showing that your team or you have been among the top three winners.

Scholarship Awards

Sr. High Bracket

Teams - Round Robin Bracket A or Double Elimination:

Top Brain Test Winners: Same as above.
Top Brain Team Average: First place receives 16 credit hours per team member.

Teams - Round Robin Bracket B

Jr. High Bracket

Teams - Round Robin or Double Elimination:

Top Brain Test Winners: Same as above.
Top Brain Team Average: First place receives 12 credit hours per team member.

NOTE: You may "stack" scholarships. This means that you can use all of them that you may accumulate to pay for your tuition at OCC. All scholarships apply to tuition only, are not cash awards, and are not transferable, and apply to credit hours only. To maintain them, the student must enroll in at least 12 credit hours per semester and have a 2.000 semester GPA.
