Fall 2008
I & M Grant Application -- Grant Choices (PDF document)
These Grants are provided by OCC alumni and other individuals in memory of a loved one. You must apply for I&M Grants each semester and they range from $300 to $500.

To apply: Complete the Fall 2008 Application by 5pm Tuesday, April 1st. The application will automatically be sent to the Financial Aid Office for processing.

NOTE: You will also need to see "Grant Choices" (PDF document) to see the grants that are available.

Verification Worksheets
The verification worksheets are needed if your application was selected by the department of education for review in a process called "Verification". In this process, OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE will be comparing information from your FAFSA with signed copies of your and your parent(s) or spouses Federal tax forms.

August 2007 to May 2008 (see the next box below for August 2008 to May 2009)

Dependent Students Verification Worksheet (Requires free account with Nelnet.net) -- For students who have their parent's income information listed on the FAFSA. NOTE: Your parents must also complete a Parent Verification Worksheet.

Independent Students Verification Worksheet (Requires free account with Nelnet.net) -- For students who are married and or do not have their parent's information listed on the FAFSA.

Parent Verification Worksheet (Requires free account with Nelnet.net) -- For parents whose information is listed on the FAFSA.

Financial Aid Authorization (Requires free account with Nelnet.net) -- Complete this form to give the Financial Aid Office authorization to discuss your financial aid with others (i.e. parents, spouse, clergy, etc.)

Credit Balance Authorization (Requires free account with Nelnet.net) -- Complete this form to authorize the OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE Business Office to hold a credit balance on your student account for next semester.

Student Payment Authorization (Requires free account with Nelnet.net) -- Complete this form to authorize the OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE Business Office to use Federal Financial Aid to pay for other charges such as bookstore balances.

Loan Change Form (Requires free account with Nelnet.net)
Use the Loan Change Form to make changes to your Stafford Student Loan. You can complete the form online and it will be sent directly to the Financial Aid Office for processing.
