HI 224 - World Geography

Hours: 3

Systematic survey of the ancient biblical world, emphasizing the interrelationship between Bible geography and Bible history. Special attention is given to Syro-Palestine. Based on the Great Commission, this course also surveys world regions and their impact for global missions. Visual learning, lecture, discussion and assigned readings will aid the learner in understanding the value of geography for biblical studies. (In some programs Bible Lands and Lifeways HI 226D can be substituted).
