Info you need to know about OCC Teen Events

What does the event cost and what do I get for my registration?
The total registration cost is $30 per person. The total cost will be altered for late registrations, people being housed off campus, and/or people staying on campus an extra night. The event registration package includes: Souvenir Event ID, Housing (for the first 800 pre-registered), Meal Pass and admission to Main Sessions and all activities. A Preregistration deposit of $5/person is required. Add a late fee of $5/person after the event registration deadline.

What about Housing?
On-campus housing is included for the first 800 Preregistrations (limit due to safety/fire codes). Please bring a sleeping bag/floor bedding & pillow. There is a $5/person event registration discount if you do not stay on campus. For a list of local accomodations click here or call us at 417.626.1234, Ext 2008. NOTE: While families are a high priority to OCC, we are unable to accommodate small children at these events.

What if I don't register?
For safety and security reasons, only registered Event Attendees with a valid Event ID will be admitted into event activities and meals. Add a $5 late fee if registering after the event registration deadline.

Do youth ministers, parents & sponsors register?
Yes. Your event registration fee covers items listed above, including a special President's Breakfast (Ambassadors' / Deeper Life). To maximize your group's experience, we request 1 adult male sponsor for every 10 guys and 1 adult female sponsor for every 10 girls. For your security and safety, sponsors are expected to be with their group at all appropriate times.

What about medical needs?
For the safety of students, we ask that each church's youth minister / trip leader have necessary health information and signed Medical Release Forms on hand for each student. Click here for a printable emergency medical treatment form if you need one. If your church has a medical release form that you normally use, you can use that instead. Have the parents sign them and keep them with you at the event. OCC does not require that you give the college a copy.
