Birthday Dinner Surprise for current students

Is your birthday special to you? In our family it always is -- a favorite meal, cake, a party, presents or maybe dinner at a special restaurant. Birthdays are a special time to all of us. We would like to help you send a special birthday greeting to your OCC student -- A Birthday Surprise.

As a service to families we are offering A Birthday Surprise delivery service. For only $15.00 or $10.00 we will deliver a special gift which will be placed in a decorated gift box along with a birthday horn, candy and a card. The package will be delivered for you along with your personal greeting on your student's birthday.

There are two ways to order.

  3. Prepare a personal note or card for your student.
  4. Send a check along with the form and personal message, at least two weeks in advance, to:

Upon receipt of your order, the celebration preparations will begin. You will receive a confirmation notice from our office to acknowledge your order.

This thoughtful gesture will surprise your student and add a special touch to his or her birthday. This is a project of the OCC Alumni Association and any excess funds will be used for alumni activities.

SEND YOUR STUDENT A GIFT DURING FINALS WEEK.
The OCC Alumni Association offers you the opportunity to send a "FINAL EXAMS CARE PACKAGE" to your OCC student. This Care Package is designed to provide your loved one with a little TLC from you. These packages are amply supplied with more than twenty different snacks and study helps that will give them that extra "kick" to survive finals week. Plus, it will give you the opportunity to let them know that you are thinking of them and praying for them during this time.

This package is only $12.50 and may be ordered by you up until Monday, May 4 for the Spring 2009 semester. The package will be assembled by local alumni and delivered shortly before finals begin. Along with your order, please enclose a note of encouragement to your loved one. A few words can go a long way.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the OCC Alumni Office at 417.626.1234 (X2100). Remember -- the absolute deadline for orders is Monday, May 4 for the Spring 2009. All orders sent by mail must be received by the deadline date. Packages will be delivered on Friday, May 8.

NOTE: Why not send a "Final Exams Care Package" to additional students who may not receive one? This would be a great outreach. Please consider it.

Please note: This alumni service is not intended to be a fundraiser. However, if any surplus should result, it will be channeled into other Alumni Chapter projects to benefit the OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE student body.
