NT 243 - Life of Christ (Semester 3)

Hours: 4

Semester three covers the Later Judean and Perean ministry up through Tuesday of the last week. It includes travel narrative (Lk. 10-19) and a number of major confrontations with Jewish leaders, culminating in the triumphal entry and the cleansing of the temple. Major sermons: Sermon on light and the Good Shepherd (Jn. 7, 10), and the debate in the temple (Matt. 21-23). Students will concentrate on learning the ethics of Jesus. (Also available as a distance learning course NT 243L; available as a 3 hour course, NT 243D).
