Drop Procedure

Should you for any reason want to withdraw from your class(es), here are the withdrawal procedures:

  1. You need to contact the Registrar's Office. You can do so by either coming in person, calling 417.626.1234 x.2018, or send email to McMillin.Jennifer@OCC.edu. Until this is done you are officially enrolled in the class. You are responsible for appropriate charges and course work until you have officially withdrawn.
  2. Courses dropped after the first four weeks will be recorded on your academic transcript either as a "WP" (withdrawal passing) or "F" (failing). No course can be dropped after ten weeks of class.
  3. The following is the refund schedule for regular classes:
100% Day of enrollment
90% Second week of class
75% Third week of class
50% Fourth - fifth week of class
25% Sixth - seventh week of class
0% After seventh week of class
