Advanced Placement (AP) Credit Chart

Students taking AP courses do work that is similar to a freshman-level college course. Based on how a student scores on the College Board examination, Ozark will award college credit. To see how the AP course may transfer, please use the chart below to find the course name, the score required for transfer of credit, the OCC course number and title that it will be applied to.  Please pay special attention to the instructions on the bottom of this page to learn how to have your AP credits evaluated for transferability.

**Five hours of credit is given for these coures for MSSU co-op students.  OCC's mathematics course only requires three hours.

***MSSU does not accept these AP credits.

AP credit is issued as "Credit" (a grade is not assigned to the credit).  AP credit is not calculuated in the Grade Point Average.
